At 6th & Foster, we take great pride in the quality and artistry of our fresh floral designs, fresh houseplants, and fine gifts and other merchandise. We want every purchase to meet your expectations, and we are here to ensure your satisfaction. Please take a moment to review our policy below.
Flower Design Satisfaction & Replacements
At 6th & Foster, we take great pride in offering a wide variety of unique and exquisite blooms, many of which are not available at other florists in our area. Because we use the freshest and most delicate flowers, some of our arrangements feature blooms that may only last a day or two, while others will last longer.
We provide care instructions with every bouquet to help ensure your flowers last as long as possible. However, as flower design is a highly subjective art form, we are unable to offer replacements or returns simply because the design does not meet personal preferences.
If your flowers arrive damaged or appear wilted within 24 hours of delivery, please contact us immediately. We will replace any flowers that are defective or not in the condition you expected, as long as you notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
We appreciate your understanding of the natural lifespan of some of our more exquisite flowers, and we’re here to help ensure your experience with us is beautiful and satisfying.

Order Cancellation
We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. To ensure the best experience, cancellations for floral designs must be made as soon as possible, but no later than 2 business days prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
Please note that custom-designed orders are non-refundable once the design process has begun, as significant care and artistry are involved in creating your unique arrangement.
If you need to cancel or adjust your order, we encourage you to reach out promptly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Returns on Fresh Plants
Due to the perishable nature of fresh houseplants, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We take great care in selecting and packaging your plants to ensure they leave our shop in excellent condition. To help your plants thrive, we are happy to discuss plant care and provide suggestions about which plants may be most successful in your home.
If you receive a plant from us that arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or solution.
Returns on Non-Perishable Items
Non-perishable items such as gifts, home decor, and accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the receipt. The items must be in unused, original condition and packaging to qualify for a return. Occasionally, we will offer special clearance pricing on certain items. Clearance items are final sale and not returnable or refundable.
Once your return or exchange is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Delivery or Shipping Costs
Delivery or shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or damaged item.
