Class & workshop Policy

Welcome to 6th & Foster! By booking a floral design class or workshop (a “Class”) with us—whether online, by email, phone, or any other method—you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before booking.

1. Payment & Cancellation Policy
All Class fees must be paid at the time of booking. Class fees are generally non-refundable due to the perishable nature of flowers and supplies.

• • • Cancellation by Participant: If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the Class. In most cases, we will gladly credit your paid fees toward another Class, subject to availability, provided you book the replacement Class at the time of cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows cannot be credited or refunded.

    • Cancellation by 6th & Foster: All Classes have minimum attendance requirements. If a Class must be canceled due to insufficient bookings, you will have the option to transfer to another Class or receive a full refund of your Class fees. Any transfer will apply all fees previously paid toward the new Class.

2. Class Instructors
Each Class will be led by one of our talented designers. While we strive to maintain consistency, we cannot guarantee the presence of a specific designer for any particular Class.

3. Photography & Social Media
Photos and videos may be taken during Classes for marketing or social media purposes. Participants may be visible in these materials. Please notify us if you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos.

If you share photos or videos of your work on social media, we ask that you credit 6th & Foster by tagging our social media accounts.

4. Health & Safety
All participants are expected to follow our health and safety guidelines. Participants who fail to comply may be asked to leave and will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, materials, concepts, and creative content provided during the Class, including any documentation, arrangements, logos, or branding, remain the exclusive property of 6th & Foster. Participants may not copy, distribute, or use these materials without our prior written consent.
